Shipping Information

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  (Free on orders over $40)

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  (Available for a flat rate of $12)

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment. You can also log in to your account to view your order status and track your package.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, please note that some delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Missing or Damaged Items
If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at danielle@daniellekstudios.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
