Shipping policy
Ground Shipping US:
- $4.99 for US orders less than $40
- Free for US orders of $40 or more
- Shipped via UPS or USPS for orders within the US
- Tracking number provided via email once package is shipped
Shipping Addresses:
- Delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days.
Processing Time
- Orders placed Monday – Friday will process within 1 business day.
- Orders placed Saturday – Sunday will begin processing on the next business day.
- Danielle K Studios will contact you with a follow-up email if any part of your order is unavailable.
- You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped.
- You will be contacted by email with a UPS or USPS tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.
- If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.
